Female only. The room is a furnished, double room on the ground floor of a three bedroom house (shared living room, kitchen and bathroom all on the ground floor also) in Fratton, The room is a decent size for 1 person with storage. It comes with a double bed, desk and chair and chest of drawers, there is an open wardrobe.

There are currently two girls living there, one who is turning 22 and another who is 21. They are clean and tidy, so no need to worry about sharing living spaces.

The rent is £325 a month including internet (provided by virgin media) and is usually taken out at the beginning of each month. Other bills, such as water, gas and electricity are paid per quarter and all house mates do their bit to keep it as low as possible :)

The house is a 20 minute walk from uni and the city centre and has a Asda literally about a 5 minute walk away. Parking is available with a permit that you can get online from the local council which is fairly reasonable per year.

The landlady is lovely, if you have an issue with the house she will arrange it to be sorted asap, and she is really easy to talk to :)
