- The room’s a medium size with a double bed, desk with cupboard and shelves. There are shelves for clothes behind the curtain and the boiler is behind the door, which can be used to hang extra clothes or store other things.

- I’m a professional (aerospace engineer) who likes skiing, cars, cooking, socialising, all the usual stuff. I’m looking for people who will be social, friendly and will not just stay locked away in their rooms the whole time. Reasonably tidy would be good too!

- The house is mine so it’s in a good state – the bathroom and patio were done recently. There’s a living room with TV (virgin media, all channels, high speed wifi) and wood burning stove. There’s a dining room which has more seating and is connected to the kitchen, which has a gas oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage.

- The garden is on 3 levels, with a new patio and new table/chair set, then a gravel area, then a grass area at the bottom with a large shed that can be used for storage. The garden faces west so gets loads of sun in the afternoon and evening.

- The house is in a quiet housing area with a co-op about 3 mins walk away, a big Sainsbury’s and Tesco are 5 – 10 mins drive away. There’s an Easygym about 10 mins walk away. Southampton Central station is about 20 mins walk away, and it’s roughly the same to get into the centre of town.
