Double room to rent on quiet street. Shared use of lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and utility area. Reasonable sized garden and shed for bike storage etc. Approximately 10 minutes walk from ferry and bus station, 5 from town centre, close to Asda, Waitrose and Morrisons. Parking available on the street.

The room is unfurnished (although there are a couple of small chest of drawers which you can use if required), but the rest of the house is fully furnished and white goods and kitchen items can be shared.

Bills will include water, gas, electric and council tax (approximately around £100 a month currently, gas and electric are a little higher in winter so may require a small additional payment to cover the increase). I will cover TV licence and house contents insurance, although you will need to insure your items in your room should you so wish.

I'm sociable but like my own space, so won't be around the house all the time. Want someone who is also fairly sociable, clean and relatively tidy, but respectful of both privacy and belongings. The third bedroom will eventually have a spare bed in it, so visitors will be welcome on occasion, although there is an inflatable mattress and duvet etc available in the meantime.

Happy to consider a reduction for people only wishing to rent on a Monday-Friday basis if required.

Smokers fine, but outside house only I'm afraid.
