A GREAT THING ABOUT THIS ROOM IS THAT THE KITCHENETTE AND SHOWER ROOM/ TOILET ARE UPSTAIRS, AND ONLY USED BY THE TENANTS. I LIVE DOWNSTAIRS IN MY OWN FLAT.

All bills are included, free broad band. Furniture is flexible.
Please note: no washing machine but there is a laundrette one minuet's walk away. I go there to use a tumble drier sometimes, it's that close!
References from work and previous landlord or agency are required and security deposit.
I don't smoke and don't have people smoking in the house but smokers are ok if they go outside . Small pets are fine but not cats or dogs.
There is already one person renting a room here.
The house is close to bus routes for Fareham and the town centre, also cycle paths are very close.
