I am a friendly, honest person looking for someone of similar nature to rent out the spare room in the flat to.
I have one room to let. It is a double room but with a single bed in it. It is part furnished. It is neutral colours and fairly spacious and light.
The rooms rent is £350 including all bills except your own council tax.
I have two cats who are very affectionate.
