Both are available in a recently refurbished shared house. There is also a communal kitchen and patio garden. There is fast broadband, TV points in all the rooms and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV.

Located close to high street shops, Waitrose, several local pubs and some great restaurants. The bus to Fareham or Lee-on-Solent is at the bottom of the street and offers easy access to the Gosport ferry over to the Portsmouth train station and all that is on offer at Gunwarf Quays.

The shared kitchen / diner is well supplied and has a cooker, microwave, large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

Bills include: Council tax, TV license, broadband, gas, electric, water and a cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas. There is ample parking available on the street.

There is a £100 non-refundable admin fee and a £200 security deposit payable in addition to your first months rent. References and credit checks will be required.
