Beautiful two bedroom modern maisonette with wonderful river views.

The pretty village of Hamble-le-Rice offers many local bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is buzzing especially when there is a sailing event taking place on the river or in the Solent.

The very modern 'Oyster Quay' offers the best of all worlds being set right in the centre of the village but so quiet you would never know. An upsidedown house, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living space on the first floor - showing off the great views of Hamble River.

The room I have available is a bright large room with underfloor heating (like all the rooms). Two windows let the light flood in when required but decent blinds shut it out at night. It has a bed, a table & chair, free standing mirror and a large built-in wardrobe. You have your own private bathroom with bath & over shower.

To share with me - you will need to be considerate, clean and tidy. The room is available now on either a short or long term basis. I generally work locally in the village and occasionally I work from home. All bills are included in this wonderful flat in a stunning location. Please contact me for any further information.
