I have a decent sized double bedroom to let in my nice ground floor flat in a quiet location close to shops.
The pictures attached are how the room used to look, it is now decorated differently and unfurnished.
I am looking for someone who is clean, friendly and honest. Obviously no one is perfect but am looking for someone who is respectful of me and my home. no smoking inside the flat please.
bills included but not food bills. i have a shower/bath, unlimited broadband and virgin TV. Parking is available on the road (never had a problem finding a space and road isn't busy).
i work monday - friday room would suit another person who is in full time employment.
