Quiet Professional home (Central Havant)

You maybe interested in considering living in our friendly professional home located in a very quiet Crescent next to Havant mainline railway station which allows an easy commute to either Portsmouth or Chichester. Havant central bus station is less that a five minute walk away offering a frequent link to Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham. Havant Leisure Centre and Swimming pool is across the Road. Its a short walk to Langstone Technology Park and SSE

We aim to provide a clean and quiet home for professional houseguests working in the area. Previous houseguests have worked at the local Tech Park and often return to their family homes at weekends. We have also hosted Doctors, Nurses, vets, Firefighters and Paramedics. I work for a bank and my husband manages stock control for a construction company.

Our hobbies include travelling (when we can) and wildlife photography.

The first room is a massive south facing room includes a full private bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. There is a large desk and a kingsize divan bed. The room provides an element of self sufficiency by way of a fridge, cupboard storage and microwave.

The second room is a small double complete with a built in wardrobe and a double divan bed. This room although smaller does also come with a full sized private bathroom and is perfect for Monday - Friday contractors.

The third room is a south facing single room with a divan bed. Full height wardrobes and a desk. The occupant of this room will share the recently renovated shower room with two other houseguests.

You will have your own fridge and cupboard space together with your own oven.
We have a separate utility room.

Rent is fully inclusive of all bills.

We are keen to attract a CLEAN, honest and happy person to join us. Although we are professional and sociable we respect one anothers privacy. Please note that this is a very quiet area and the home is not suitable for party animals!!

Due to the new investment into the property we are seeking someone who is naturally well organised and prepared to maintain clean communal areas out of respect for the rest of the household.

The room is not available to couples, pets or smokers - sorry. Additional costs maybe involved for home/hybrid workers. Likewise discounts are available for Monday-Friday Workers.

We have enjoyed renovating our home to a high standard and are therefore looking forward to finding a new house guest who will respect their new living environment.

Communal areas will be cleaned on a weekly basis. Our weekly cleaner is also happy to clean individual rooms by arrangement.

We are very easy going and flexible so please let us know what you are after.....

Please note that street parking is controlled during the day but speak to us about your parking requirements. The property is really well located for public transport. We will always see how we can help.
