Room to Let in Havant

Hi, my name is Michelle, and I have a single room to rent in Havant. Included is a single bed, wardrobe with drawers, TV with freeview, and a large ottoman for storage.
I co-own the house with my mother who also lives here. Ang is 56, I am 40. We are a very friendly family, and pretty laid back, however do have respect for each other's privacy and space.
Although I do smoke, the house is non-smoking so if you are a non smoker or anti, this would not affect you. If you smoke yourself, this is not an issue but please be prepared to step outside.
Parking on the road outside the house is available. We do have a double drive but 2 cars occupy this.
You will have full use of all amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, tumble dryer and wi-fi is also included. The house has central heating and d/g windows.
Bathroom would be shared with Ang, as I have a separate en-suite.
Local to public transport, buses run regularly to stops within a 2 minute walk, and the train station is approx 2 miles.
Easy access to major motorways in the area.
I run a small business from a cabin in the back garden. The garden is a nice size (approx 95ft) and has been split to still allow for personal use.
We would be looking for a female lodger, ideally a professional working person, who is tidy, friendly, and easy-going, as we are.
