Bright double room in friendly, cosy house.

I'm looking for an honest, reliable lodger who is clean, tidy and considerate and is happy sharing my home with my indoor cat who stays downstairs only. The room is furnished with a single bed but previous lodgers have easily fitted a standard double bed in the room with plenty of space to spare. There is a bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe, tall bookcase and the room has a lovely cosy, private feel to it and overlooks the south facing garden in a lovely, quiet cul de sac. Shared bathroom with wc, bath and seperate shower with your own cupboard for storage. The large, bright kitchen has a dining table, washing machine and cooking facilities as well as provision of personal cupboard space, freezer and shared fridge space. The kitchen opens onto the small, south facing garden where you may hang washing. There is on street parking which is non allocated but the house is in a cul de sac so only residents and their visitors park there. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes away and shops close by including Tesco and Lloyds Pharmacy. There is also a pub/restaurant five minutes walk away. The beach is fifteen minutes walk and the popular Hayling Billy trail is close by.

You must be working (not from home) preferably full time and I will require references and a deposit of £200.
