1 Double Bedroom in a little house in Hedge End

This is for a double room at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The shared bathroom is immediately next to the room.

The house is within walking distance to Hedge End Village Centre where there is public transport, as well as being a stone's throw away from a Tesco Express for those handy 'no milk' emergencies!

I am a primary school teacher so my hours are pretty regular Monday to Friday and I am nearly always around at weekends. There is a little house rabbit (Tess) who also lives here so please be aware that she is in the kitchen all day and has access to the house when I am home. She is very friendly but does like to nibble tasty documents! She does malt so I hoover regulary but if you have an allergy, it is probably wise not to risk it. Whilst cleaning is not listed as an interest, I do like to to keep the place liveable and as the kitchen is quite small, it does work better being kept clear. I love to cook so am willing to share cooking duties and food if desired. The bills are not included within the monthly rent but if it is easier to calculate a fixed monthly amount for bills, I am happy to work that out.
