Double room to let in a spacious, clean, detached social family home.

The room has a king sized bed in it, 2 bedside units, additional drawers and a large 2 door mirror fronted wardrobe. The family bathroom has a shower over a spa bath. You are welcome to use the laundry facilities. There is side street parking although we may be able to agree to you parking on the drive if this is important to you. The garden comprises of paved areas and has a large cabin with seating in it.

We are installing a downstairs shower room/cloakroom at the moment, we anticipate the majority of the work will be completed within the next 3 weeks.

The room would suit single working person or student. Our children are aged 14 and 17 and are quiet and considerate. The house is usually very quiet after 9.30pm during the week as my husband leaves for work at 5am, making it a great place to study.

We have two beautiful Border Collies who love people and cuddles so it is essential that you like dogs and a tidy and sociable personality is also essential.

Distance to Hedge End railway station is 2. 2 miles.

Hedge End village is a 5 minute walk and includes a nice pub, Chinese, Indian and a Chippy.
