Use of Micro and hob occasional use of electric oven. washing machine and dishwasher. Landlady and son are permanent occupants and there is a jack russell and a cat. No Bicycles or loads of stuff please! Landlady is multi- lingual,
. People with erratic shift patterns need not apply i. e no night work night.

Most important is that because of my age I am looking for a person who is very aware of Covid transferance who gets tested regularly ...a health worker or care worker. pref double vaccinated. The room is available for short let's up to 2 months or on a Mon to Friday basis
2 or 3 days per week preferably..... rent can be adjusted for 2 days
