We're looking for a friendly girl or guy(professional) to join our house share. The three of us are very clean, tidy, and considerate. We like to socialise in the evenings and do not stay in our rooms. However on a week night the house is quiet by 11pm at the latest and we start getting up around 7am for work. The house also benefits from Netflicks, sky go box, fiber optic broadband, and a heated laundry tent in the attached garage - no damp washing in your room :-)
It's a detached new build (as you may have guessed from the pictures!) split over 3 floors. The top floor is occupied by the live-in landlady (that's me!)
