Double Bedroom with Garden Hot tub in Town House

We live in a lovely town house on a park. The bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed with built in wardrobes; television on the wall and is a bright room with two windows overlooking the garden. There is a bathroom next door and no one else sleeps on this floor.

The kitchen is modern and has every appliance you could think of - although rarely used! There's a washing machine and tumble dryer you can use and a garden to sit in with a hot tub and chilling area with two armchairs.

We are two females - one a student and a professional. We all work hard and would like a quiet female to join us. We are open and friendly and you would be free to join us on our walks in the park.
