There are also lovely woodland walks close by. There is a popular pub "The Osborne View" which does good food at the end of the road, also a Chinese close by if you don't feel like cooking. The space to let is quite self contained. It is a loft conversion with two small rooms, one with sea views and there is also your own bathroom.
There is a double bed, chest of draws, hanging space and a bedside table. There is a chair in the sea view room which could be used as a small lounge or study, there is also a second TV. The space to let includes a snug with TV which incorporates the stairs leading up to the rooms, I have my own lounge.
It is a large bungalow in a nice area. The bungalow consists of a lounge, snug, dining room, a large kitchen and a bathroom with a shower plus bedrooms. It has all the usual amenities including wireless broadband, off road parking and a private garden which you would be welcome to use.
It is about 6 miles to Fareham and the M27 motorway, 12 miles to Portsmouth or Southampton and cycling distance to Gosport or Locksheath.
The accommodation would suit a professional who would prefer their own space and home comforts in a beautiful area.
All bills are included. The odd weekend by prior agreement.
