The garden is south facing and the detached garage is available for bike storage.
Parking is available on the driveway.
All bills are included as well as broadband (fibre optic).
We're situated in a nice location with easy access to the M27, 15 minute walk to Hilsea train station and it's a 30 minute walk into Cosham. Local amenities include a pub, bank & Morrisons supermarket.
