Newly refurbished specious bedroom, double bed

We have recently bought our first home and moved in nearly 4 months ago. We are finding that the spare bedroom is empty most of the time, and we think it would be put to better use if someone were to live in it!
The bedroom itself has got all new furniture including a brand new double mattress with memory foam topper which is specially designed to prevent back problems (aches and pains) or to help people sleep more comfortably with back troubles.
The room has a interesting view from the window as there is so much to see. The sunlight comes directly into this side of our maisonette in the morning so we have installed black out curtains.
There is also a built in wardrobe and separate chest or draws to store your clothes and a desk and chair with a computer that doubles up as a free-view t. v.
We have 4 month old Kitten called Tinkerbell, shes extremely friendly but please be aware if you have allergies.
You will have full access to our kitchen, where you can prepare yourself a meal, and use whatever utensils you like as long as you leave the kitchen looking like it was before you arrived, and wash up whatever you use.
and or course you have use of the bathroom which has a walk in power shower!
We do have a large garden so if you do want to sit in the garden you are welcome to.
We are both in full time employment and both work different hours, so your likely so see at least one of us every day. We would be looking for someone who is as easy going as us, with minimal fuss. A non-smoker is essential. We do not permit the tenant to invite other people to stay in the bedroom we are renting.
