Room to let in 3 bed house.

We are a couple (female 35 & male 46) looking to let a double room.

The house is only 5 mins walk from Itchen toll bridge and so approx 20 mins walk to city centre. There are also plenty of bus routes nearby.

The kitchen has integrated white goods including fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and leads into a large conservatory that opens onto a garden. Or though there is no allocated parking we never have any issues parking very close to the house.

Rent includes ALL bills, so there's nothing else to pay! There's SKY TV in the lounge and kitchen (any additional multi room will need to be extra) plus broadband also included.

We are professionals who work nights so most evenings will provide you with a lot of privacy. However we like to socialise and enjoy nothing more than inviting friends to join us when firing up the BBQ on hot summer days.

We have no preference for male or
female, age or orientation. The only thing we ask is that the successful applicant respect our house and us as we will respect them.
