Good room, fun house, quiet area

Mon-Fri is my preference for a lodger £450. However, a 7-day lodger is ok too. (£550). Everything is flexible.

The rent is in advance.

£150 deposit.

The new lodger can only be here for just 3 months.. I am selling my house and hope to be away by October.

The house is homely.

The bedroom is a double room has been decorated, painted and renovated 7 months ago.. This bedroom has a bathroom next to it. Wardrobe, storage, drawers, chair etc. It is quite large.

My 4-bed detached house is tucked away at the end of a quiet road with parking, south facing garden/patio, all mod cons.

On the ground floor is a cloakroom, living room, dining room, large kitchen/entertaining area. It has BT wi-fi and Skye and BT Sports.

I am easy-going but expect the property to be kept tidy and with mutual respect & trust. The last lodger became a good friend and we would share interests and some meals when appropriate. A sense of humour is a pre-requisite.

I regularly cook meals from a slow cooker ... these brews are yum, and free!!

The lodger ...... no partner allowed in that room..

A friend/lodger (a great guy) is on only Monday and Tuesdays (a number times away). .

Modern kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and good storage etc. There is a second fridge freezer in the garage.

The house has a laid back attitude. Employed, tidy, fun, non-smoking person welcomed. (male or female).

I like sports (rugby, golf, football, cricket, squash, speedway). I am young for my age! ( true :o) )

Preferences would be welcome (but not essential) and I can provide references about me.
