Double room in Lindford with internet

Hi,

I am looking for someone tidy and respectful to rent my double second bedroom in Lindford. It is just me who lives here so it would be great to hang out together and become friends like my previous lodger!

I live in a 2 bedroom semi which has just been fully refurbished with new carpets and paint throughout. The house has lots of parking space and a big private garden.
The room comes with a small double bed (4ft) with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and the internet.

There is a bus stop 20 yards from the house and a co op and post office 500 yards away.
