Comfortable, large room in 2 bed flat to rent

I've just moved into a 2 bed flat in Liphook and am looking to rent out my second bedroom.

The room is furnished and currently contains a single bed, but will be happy to switch this for a double if required!

The flat has parking in a secluded area and on a nearby road in a quiet cul-de-sac. There's bike storage and all bills including internet are part of the rent.

There's a modern bathroom with all the usual fittings, same with the kitchen, and plenty of storage about the place (happy to accommodate items as I'm not using a lot of storage!). Lastly, there's a good WiFi connection and a large lounge space. I don't watch the TV much so you would be welcome to hog the remote. :)

I am a very personable, friendly guy and looking for a tenant who is similar. I'm fairly new to Hampshire and work in London, so would be around in evenings and weekends but less through the Monday-Friday week. Hoping to explore the South Downs and coast as am wanting to get into some more outdoor activities, road trips and so on, so if you're into that kind of thing, great!

I also have a small grey cat, she is 2 years old and fully house trained. She's one of the friendliest cats out there and loves attention, food and sleep. Would help if you get along with cats.
