Large Double Room - Suit Countryside Lover

Situated only 5 minutes from Andover, Little London is a quiet village situated on a no through road. The village is situated at the edge of open countryside and extensive woodlands and is great for walking or mountain biking. The local country pub "The Oak" in Smannell is a 10 minute walk away.

The large double room available for rent is in a fully renovated, centrally heated 17th century thatched cottage and forms the majority of the upper floor of the property where there is a bathroom which will be available to you for your sole use. The room overlooks the rear garden with views over open countryside. TV point in bedroom.

The room is furnished with a chest of drawers a large dresser, table (suitable for TV and video etc) and has a built in-wardrobe. A king-size double bed with memory foam mattress, bedside table. This is a large room and has plenty of space for the two seater sofa and footstool making your own private area to relax in.

There is shared use of a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

High speed (approx 80 Meg) broadband is available over wifi throughout the property.

There is private, off road parking available.

The landlord (me!) is a friendly, outgoing and flexible person with a good sense of humour and fun. He leads a busy life and is often out or away especially in summer. My small (short haired) dog is very friendly, well behaved and loves people.

My preference is to find a weekday lodger and priority will be given to those looking for this kind of accommodation. As I work from home, unfortunately, this room is not suitable for people who work night shifts.
