My house is in a quiet road in close proximity to bus routes, train station and motorway. Shopping centre is a short car drive or 10 minute walk away. Ideal location for travelling to Portsmouth, Southampton or Whiteley. As I have a cat, the prospective tenant must be ok with animals. There is off road parking, a good sized garden, a shared lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The double bedroom is furnished and available to view with immediate effect. I like to have a chat but will not intrude on personal space. Tenant will be expected to clean own room.
