I live in a large four bedroom modern detached house in Locks Heath, Southampton (approximately 15 minutes from Southampton centre) very close to all local amenities and a train station and is located in a quiet area. I am looking for someone to help out with the rent. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, study desk, and chest of drawers. I am a fairly quiet, clean and tidy person and would expect a housemate to be similar and also to help out with the general weekly housework. There would be general house rules but I am very easy-going and reasonable. No smoking is permitted in the house but in the garden is fine. I have a cat who is very easy going and mostly out the house. You will have use of very fast broadband, washing machine, safe parking, and garden.
