I have a furnished double room for rent in Lordshill with live in landlady. Its a great location for Ordnance Survey, the hospitals, motorway, supermarkets, local gyms and is on a good bus route if needed.
Facilities are front room, bathroom, new kitchen, 2nd toilet downstairs and garden. Parking is in a shared car park just outside my back gate. I have Virgin broadband too.
Bills are included apart from food and my home phone.
I am a personal trainer and in the middle of opening a fitness studio so very busy. I am easygoing and reasonably clean and tidy and I would like some one pretty much the same and who like cats as I have 2
