Share with me & my small very friendly dog! so must like dogs I work at Southampton Hospital on one of the childrens wards, & saturdays with s young girl with disability. Avalible 1st Febuary 2012 Fully furnished also with a TV & Freeview if you need. Have use of lounge, 2 bathroom etc and garden. Parking area in a quiet close. assess to wireless! Close to local supermarket and other shops in the lordshill area, about 3miles from city center and on a large bus route. Close to the Hospital can be walked in about 15mins about 3 miles to the university. A few minuets from the M27. Also on a bus route to Winchester.
All bills are included in the montly rent. A deposit of £250 + months rent required on moving in. Deposit is refundable at end of stay. Would prefer long term but can be short term Vistis for viewing are welcome evenings or sunday. Room may be avalible before 1st Feb if required
