Huge double room, redecorated and digital tv

Large double room available in family home, shared with the owners. Room is approximately 16ft long and 9ft wide. Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, TV and bedside cabinets. Also free WIFI. Females preferred. Short term lets considered and a week's rent in advance would be needed if paying weekly, and a month's rent in advance, if paying monthly (weekly rental pay preferred). You will have use of a shared bathroom and kitchen, with your own allocated cupboards and half a fridge, but the rest of the rooms are for the owners use most of the time. There is a large driveway and a garage and we are also only a few yards from the nearest bus-stop for buses to Salisbury and Andover or to connecting train stations. We have a lovely soppy collie dog, so must be okay with that. You may smoke outside the property, but not at all inside. All bills, excluding food and phone, will be included in the price. Tenant will have own cupboard space and fridge if required. If paying weekly, one week's rent is required up front, and if monthly, one months deposit is required, plus a damage deposit is required which will be returned on departure
