I have a double room in Ludgershall, a village with shops and restaurants and two local pubs. Ludgershall is within commuting distance to Andover, Boscombe Down, Amesbury, Salisbury, Winchester.

I'm looking to rent out the second double room for single occupancy Mon -Fri.
It's a large double room with ample space.

Rent will be 395.00 per calendar month (by standing order) including bills (tumble dryer, dishwasher and telephone not included).

You would have use of the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers 2 bedside cabinets and double bed. There is also off street parking.

There is a nice private small rear garden leading out of the kitchen.

I have another tenant there who is very clean and tidy.

There may be days when I might be there working from home, but that doesn't happen that often.

Smoking allowed outside only.
