Large comfortable double room in warm, quiet house

Good size room with double bed for one person, in quiet, comfortable and warm house in friendly cul de sac on edge of village. Fairly rural, with a secluded garden overlooking fields. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer. Parking in quiet road.

Room details: 12ft x 10ft 9inches. (366cm x 328cm) There is a large built in wardrobe to the ceiling which does not encroach on these measurements.

I'm hoping for someone who is sociable and friendly, and will share general housekeeping as well as keeping their room clean and tidy. Sorry, but must be a non-smoker.

What am I like? Mentally I'm definitely not the age on the form below lol and my friends are all different ages - yes I guess I'm in denial lol. I have lots of interests. I also have two friendly cats - who aren’t allowed upstairs (generally).

Business people looking for Monday to Friday also considered. The house is about 1. 5 miles from the sea, and 1. 5 miles from the open forest.

The house is on the south side of Hordle, near the church and school. About 3 miles from Lymington, 5 miles from Brockenhurst (mainline station), 3 miles from New Milton (also has railway station), 2 miles from Milford-on-Sea.
