A lovely, bright, fully-furnished double room available for single occupancy in a fantastic first floor flat on Lymington High Street with easy walking distance to Lymington Town bus and train stations, the marinas and the beautiful sea-wall/coastal path.

Large open-plan living room/kitchen. Lovely high ceilings. Double room with queen-sized bed, large wardrobe with shelving, bedside table, lamp and dressing table/desk. South facing window. Shared bathroom with bath and integral shower. Kitchen includes washing machine and dishwasher.

There is no garden but Grove Gardens park area is approx 100 yds from the front door. I do have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight to clean the bathroom/kitchen, vacuum/wash the floors etc. I find this is often enough providing we are relatively clean and tidy! This is included in the rent price.

Strictly non-smoking flat. Would suit someone interested in a healthy/organic lifestyle.

Bills included providing care is taken with usage. If water, gas and electricity bills increase a disproportionate amount, a contribution will be needed. Phone not included but WiFi (broadband) internet is included.

Room available from approximately 15th September but I can be a little flexible if this date is awkward for you.
