Double room in the Centre of Lymington

I am looking for a flat mate to replace me in a beautiful apartment located just seconds from the centre of Lymington High Street. The room is a big double with an en-suite. The shared sitting room is large and light with double height vaulted ceiling and a fireplace. There are hardwood floors through out the property, and the shared areas are furnished. A brand new kitchen comes fully equipped, and white goods include a dishwasher. The double room itself is unfurnished.
There is a shared parking space in the secure off road car park behind the property. The train station is within walking distance for those that commute, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in the High Street and a local market every Saturday. The ideal flat mate would be sociable, active and tidy.

Some bills are included and the rest work out about £70 per month and include unlimited broadband. There is a referencing charge payable to the estate agent managing the property of £50+VAT and a deposit as well.

Stu the current flat mate is tidy, helpful, kind and wonderful, you couldn't ask for a nicer flat mate. I am moving out because I am buying a one bed property and need to replace myself on the tenancy.

Move in date is very flexible as I can go live with my family if my property isn't ready and you need to move in quickly so do let me know if you need to discuss this.
