TV in bedroom, wireless broadband included, shared bathroom with shower (only 1 bathroom in house) Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We are in an excellent location to shop's, cafe's, pubs, and restaurants.
Off road parking is only for 2 cars, but the car park at the back of the house is free from 6pm - 8am.
Suitable for single professional working person.
We have one dog, Lucy, who is very friendly, and might greet you at the door .
£475 - single person and this includes basic foods such as bread, cereal teas/coffees, room cleaning, washing facilities and all bills.
