The house is 3 minutes walk from all amenities, a local supermarket, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops all in the centre of Lyndhurst and 5 minutes walk to the open forest.
There is a large open plan living and dining area next to the kitchen, and a good sized garden.
The room is a large comfortable sunny double, well furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers(could be set up as a bedsit if required) . There are two bathrooms so privacy is not an issue.
I am a professional artist with a studio in my garden. I have a friendly spaniel who gets lots of lovely walks here. I am easy going, tidy and get on well with people. I use to be a teacher.
I am looking for someone who is trustworthy friendly and looking for a homely experience.
Cleaning is shared in shared areas and the heating is on a timer. .
