I am a professional, friendly female and have a very large double room to rent in a contemporary but listed property (formerly an armoury).

The room is light with a large built in wardrobe and own bathroom (not an en-suite)and there is also another bathroom with free standing shower. The presence of a beam in the property means the room and bathroom are effectively in their own 'wing' of the house.

The downstairs shared reception areas are modern and open plan - perfect for entertaining! There are also 2 allocated parking spaces for the property as well as a courtyard with canons!!

The house is mostly furnished by me and the room can be offered with or without a double bed.

The rent includes all bills (including Sky and sky sports). There is no broadband connection to the property but excellent 3G reception and the dongel works very well.

Good access to M271, city centre, Hythe ferry and the beautiful New Forest! Close, pleasant walk, to local shops and pub.

I am a considerate, relaxed and bubbly housemate!
