Double room to let with separate bathroom.

We have a fairly large and private double room to let. We are a busy but easy going and friendly rural family household with two well behaved teenagers and we work from home so there is generally somebody about most of the time. There is however plenty of space for you to get your own privacy as it is a large house. There are two living rooms, and a dining room, two bathrooms one of which would be almost exclusively for your own use. The bedroom and entrance to the house is situated away from the family bedrooms and is therefore quiet and peaceful with good access to the kitchen and main living room. Plenty of parking - you will probably need a car as we are quite rural. There is the possibility of an additional Art Studio available. Large built in wardrobe offering plenty of storage space. We would prefer a Monday to Friday letting and we are looking for someone who is working full time. We are prepared to consider a seven day letting for the right person. Rent is payable on a monthly basis.
