Furnished Double Room For Rent - Ample Parking!

We have got one furnished, double room available on Fawley Road (Millbrook area - opposite Goals). I am moving out and buying my own place so hence the room is available! The main reason we bought this place is the parking is plentiful (Southampton is a nightmare if you all have cars!) so if you own a car this place is ideal.

We are all young professionals working Mon-Fri, although student tenants are welcome! It's a sociable house - we play at Goals every Wednesday and usually watch TV with a few beers most evenings. Nights out tend to be on the weekends.

Room contains:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers (brand new)

House
- Kitchen (large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, washing machine etc.)
- Living room (TV, sofa, 2 armchairs)
- 1 bathroom (toilet, bath and shower) with 1 separate downstairs toilet
- Garden (haven't used it yet as it's been cold, but will be useful in the summer for BBQs!)

Co-op is literally a 2 minute walk for food/drink. Southampton central station is a 2 minute drive (1 of us will normally taxi whoever to/from the station if you've got a train to catch).

Housemates very easy to get on with and there's never issues with cleaning up etc!
