Bedroom overlooks a pleasant back garden. Very quiet at night. Five minutes walk to the beautiful Royal Victoria Country park and the train station ( trains to Southampton central / London). Eight minutes away from the yachting village of Hamble. Five minutes from GE Aviation, BP & Cooper. 12 minutes from Swanwick (NATS). 10 minutes to Ocean Village. Easy access to M27. 15 minutes drive to Southampton city centre. Safe off road parking. I live with my very well behaved little dog, so must be a dog lover. I'm very sociable and used to sharing, but also like my quiet time in the evenings. Full use of kitchen, Bathroom ( with shower ). Wifi, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine available. TV with freeview in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Would prefer someone who works straight days. Non smoker.
