We have a well-furnished Double Room in a detached 3 bedroom house in New Milton.

It is on a quiet road just 5 minutes walk from the train station, the centre of town, the library and shops and 2 minutes from the sports centre. The house has a comfortable shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and sun room with a lovely garden.

There is also parking available. All bills included, no smokers or pets.
The shared facilities include:
- kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, etc.
- bathroom with electric shower, adjacent to the room.
- lounge with TV.
- garden.

The house is clean, quiet, friendly & easy-going, with on-road and some off-road parking. The existing tenants are professional. Buses between Lymington and Bournemouth pass the end of the road. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The price quoted is for one person, the room is also suitable for two people but the rent will increase accordingly.
