Double Room in Detached Family Home

Double Room (FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY) available in a detached house in New Milton. 5 minutes walk to the High Street - 10 minutes to the train station (through trains to London).
15 minutes walk to Barton Beach.

We are a family of four - my husband and I and two girls aged 14 and 16. We have a part-time dog (normally just around at weekends) - he is Jack Russell/Shitzu cross so doesn't shed hair (official breed is Jack Shiht).

The room is downstairs. It has a double bed, TV, desk and chairs and a comfy rocking chair.

The family utility is behind the bedroom with use of washing machine and dryer and sink. A kettle, toaster and microwave is available for use in here but there is also use of the family kitchen

There is no en-suite but there is a downstairs shower room and toilet - the family use the upstairs shower so it will be sole use of the shower but the we do use the loo downstairs. Unfortunately it is not close to the bedroom.

The room has patio sliding doors facing the front of the house, providing a small patio area for use if desired. The back garden is also available if you don't mind sharing with us!

There is off road parking on our drive for a car (but no vans, sorry ).

We would be interested in hearing from professionals who are looking for a room Monday to Friday.

We have put 6 months maximum but this will depend on our circumstances at the time.
