I am looking to buddy up, currently renting a 3 bed house within northend in portsmouth. It is reasonably sized with a large bathroom as well as a reasonable kitchen and garden. Its furnished, ignore the furniture above it is the previous tenants. Rent is £420 (or £300+bills if you prefer).
I have a cat and my son on the weekend, as far as I am concerned we are sharing so your welcome to do as you please (short of pulling the house down).
Clean and tidy, parking is permitted ummm.... pub, shops and ferry port about 3 mins walk.
