LUXURY DOUBLE BEDROOM is £440 per calendar month. Room size is 9’ x 14’ (2.7m x 4.2m) furnished with a wardrobe, 2 cabinets & a double bed with a good quality mattress, including 1 set of bed linen (very good quality egyptian cotton). The room looks out over the back garden and is therefore nice and quiet.

Kitchen with recently purchased very large frost-free fridge-freezer, new washing machine, Good quality Neff cooker+hob & microwave.
Dining Area off kitchen with table and chairs.
Upstairs bathroom (bath+shower+WC).
Separate downstairs WC.

Monthly room rental is inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wireless fast-fibre broadband & TV license). Also included is regular gardening, and cleaning of the shared areas with free bin bags, free toilet rolls & free washing up liquid provided. £150 deposit is required.

This room is suitable for someone who enjoys a good chat and the occasional get together outside with the existing housemates. Existing house mates - 1 professional engineer, 1 professional medic and 1 retired gent. They are friendly to chat with, respectful and quiet.

A credit check will be carried out, and a reference will be required. No fees whatsoever are charged (just deposit plus pro-rata rent).
