Two professional females looking for a housemate

We have a one double bedroom available to rent in our new build and spacious 3 bedroom house. The house is in a brilliant location for joining straight onto the A3, and can easily access shops, public transport and central Portsmouth.
About us:
I am a newly qualified primary school teacher so will be working school time and will be around at the weekends, whilst my housemate is a support worker who does shift work. We are looking for a housemate who can be respectful of our work hours, who enjoys the occasional night in with films, but who is also out going and enjoys the odd night out and party (when we’re both not completely shattered!)

All the bills are included in the rent, including council tax and sky tv. We also buy all the house washing utensils from the rent, as well as milk, bread, toilet rolls etc. But if you wish to opt out of this that is also an option.
