There is a large communal living/dining room; kitchen with plenty of storage and fully equipped with brand new washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave.
A small but modern bathroom has constant hot water provided by a combi boiler so showers are reliable. The garden is laid to paving with several borders and is south facing. Parking is, typically for the area, on-street and limited at times. There is a large Tesco express nearby as are the main bus routes in and out of the city. The main drag of North End shops are within walking distance. Hilsea station about a mile away with Roko and Mountbatten centres easily accessible.

I am looking for a respectful person who is work oriented, preferably day-time working. No minimum term but 6 months to start with would be good.

I have recently moved to this area of North End having worked here for 14 years. My interests are music and property refurbishment, so the house will be well maintained. Ultimately there will be myself and two lodgers sharing the property.

I will need to have a deposit of £300 to secure the room and rent needs to be paid in advance, either weekly (£90) or monthly (£390) on moving in.
