There is plenty of off road parking; a large garden & a patio area are all added bonuses of the house.
There is a large kitchen stocked full of utensils and use of all amenities e. g. washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, dual fuel Range Master Oven etc.
The large living room is another wonderful feature of the house, with its cathedral ceiling and offering even more space.

We are very proud of our 10 year old house and are looking for a trustworthy and tidy single professional female to share our home.
The current tenant has been renting a room upstairs for over 2 years now and she works full time. It is important to us that we find the right person who is easy to get along with and fits in with our current tenant.
