Comfortable double bedroom in Old Basing

A newly decorated double bedroom. We live in a very quiet area of Old Basing in a period cottage. There is easy access to the M3 and M4 and the bus routes into town. We are walking distance to Chineham shopping center and local village pubs. It is a dead end road so we can only hear, walkers, cyclists and horses going past! The house has had a lot of work done to it and is really lovely and cosy inside. We have parking, large garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, wifi etc. We can offer a bright comfortable double room overlooking the garden. The room has lots of built in wardrobes but the bathroom is shared. We are very clean and tidy, both professionals, one working very long hours in London. Looking for a professional to share with. We have always shared a habit picked up from living in London. Our current lodger/housemate is moving out at Christmas. We would prefer somebody who wants to rent Mon- Fri or is away regularly during the month due to business or social commitments. If this is not you, don't give up do contact us anyway and we can chat about what you're looking for but rent may change We do have friendly cats. We would prefer somebody looking for a minimum of three months. We would suggest a review of everything after a month to make sure we are all happy and its working.
