2 connected rooms availiable in large family house

2 quiet and private connected rooms for exclusive use of the lodger. One room is a bedroom with sink and a single bed which connects to a living room with dining table and a double sofa bed. Living room looks out of a large glass sliding patio door onto a shared garden. Access to rooms is via own door . Main bathroom and kitchen is shared with family consisting of husband and wife and 11 year old daughter. Small area outside entrance to rooms consisting of shared washing machine and drier and area for exclusive use of microwave, fridge and kettle. One small dog that is unbelievably friendly and will never go into the 2 rooms but only asks for the occasional tummy tickle.
We are a very friendly and professional family who like their privacy and fully respect the privacy of anyone renting the rooms. The set up would suit a young professional, ideally female, given the age of our daughter. Visiting partners are not a problem but this is not a rental for a couple. WIFI available
