Lovely room in a usually quiet and relaxed house, has cable TV, Wifi, very close to Petersfield Station and Town Centre. Would suit single female, professional and non smoker. There is a young labrador in residence usually but comes pretty much everywhere with me, but needs care in the respect of not leaving things lying around and shutting doors and gate to keep her safe. There is a parking available and use of all amenities. Ideally looking for a responsible person who is capable enough to look after their environment in the absence of owner. A leave it as you find it kind of attitude and someone not afraid of mucking in with chores occasionally. Common sense and a community spirit, a wicked sense of humour and a love of BBQs beneficial.
