Double bedroom available in Petersfield!

Large furnishes double bedroom available in Petersfield in a lovely house! Is possibility of decorating the room , bed, desk / some furniture available, so technically furnished but you might want a few more bits.
There is a large kitchen with range cooker and all utilities, a utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer and extra storage cupboards.
There is a large lounge, with sofa, TV, DVD player. There are two downstairs cupboards for storage.
There are two bathrooms- a downstairs shower room, and a larger upstairs bathroom with bath and shower over bath (however this is my en suite, but the right housemate could use it!)
Unfortunately there is only one toilet in the downstairs shower room but this doesn't matter too much. The downstairs shower would be yours completely- I never ever use it as prefer baths! This is why I put en suite as you could have your own shower.

upstairs is the available room, my double room and a mini walk in wardrobe

Outside is a large patio area, washing line, mini pond with goldfish, large grassy area and a veg patch. there is also a huge shed for storage, bikes etc.

Rent includes room, council tax, TV licence, internet, water. Gas and electricity etc.

I ask for £150 deposit to cover cost of damage to the room/ house.

There is plenty of on road parking (free) and there is also space for an extra car on the gravel drive which belongs just to us. The house is a 2 min walk to the station, a 2 min walk to petrol station and Mcdonalds and 2 min drive to the A3- such a perfect location!

I am a teacher, but a young cool one (obviously! haha). I am easy going, but just ask that the house and me are respected as I will you. I don't smoke or go out too often, but if I do I will be quiet. I hate drawing up rotas for cleaning, and would rather we just share it as we go and it's not made into a big thing.
